Blue Sky Escapes Holiday Rentals provides an excellent all round solution, taking the stress out of managing short term holiday accommodation.
Lana has been managing our property in Ledge Point for over 10 months and we couldn’t be happier with her service.
Lana promotes our property on various holiday accommodation websites (like Air BnB). (After taking photos and putting together unique features about the property).
She then liaises with the holiday makers and makes the bookings, collects the money (including the bond), does an immaculate job cleaning at the end of each stay and reports any damage or missing items before refunding the bond back to the visitors.
Blue Sky Escapes Holiday Rentals also replaces consumables like toilet paper, tissues, dishwashing liquid etc which saves me from worrying about it.
Sher treats the accommodation like it’s her own, it has really taken the stress out of renting out our holiday home and is a pleasure to deal with.
I couldn’t recommend her highly enough and the small fee she charges is more than worth it.

Lana’s holiday home is nothing short of amazing. The house has a great view and the living room layout is perfect for groups! The separate cabin layout means everyone can have their own space and has time to be by themselves if need be. The smooth check-in and out made our stay wonderful and would recommend this holiday home to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway only an hour and a half out of Perth!

What a find ! From the moment we enquired we had quick and concise replies. Upon arriving the house was so much more than we expected, a family of 12, with grown up kids plus partners, the accommodation had it all. The Villas were fantastic, everything was clean and sparkly, the bedding all of great quality, tea, coffee, towels, a dishwasher. A busy mums dream ! We were treated to an uninterrupted sunset every night, we walked our dogs, played on the beach, cooked, got take away, played cards, (drank) relaxed and laughed. This venue accommodated 2 dogs and 12 humans, the youngest human being 13 and the oldest being 70. Just a big fat thank you from us. We will be back!
